Shipping- I try to keep cost down by charging a flat rate but if you spend $100+ you will get free shipping. I wish I could offer free shipping to everyone, but in the current economic state of this country this small business just would not survive.
- All orders are shipped between 24-48 hours unless it is a custom order which can take 3-4 weeks. You will receive tracking on those items once I receive tracking.
Exchanges: If a product does not fit please message me so we can work together to find something that will work for you. In order to exchange you will need to pay for an additional shipping fee of $8.50.
Returns: You have 15 days from the time of purchase to return an item with tags on and in the same shape in which you received it. There will be a $5 restocking fee added to returns. Upon return a store credit will be provided.
Communication-This is currently a one woman show, I process all the orders, package them and communicate with all my customers personally. I also sleep during the days when I am working my other full time job. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
